Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)

  1. MottoRoad uygulamasını açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.
  2. Alt menüden Profil sekmesine gidin.
  3. Sayfanın en altındaki “Hesabımı Sil” bağlantısına dokunun.
  4. Açılan ekranda onay kelimesi olarak SİL yazın ve silme butonuna basın.

Hesabınız ve tüm verileriniz anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir.

E-posta ile silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden hello@mottoroad.com adresine “Hesap Silme Talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve size bilgi verilir.

Silinen veriler

Hesap silindiğinde aşağıdaki verilerin tamamı kalıcı olarak kaldırılır ve geri alınamaz:

Önemli: Aktif bir Google Play aboneliğiniz varsa, hesabı silmek aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez. Aboneliği ayrıca Play Store > Abonelikler bölümünden iptal etmelisiniz.

Yasal yükümlülükler gereği saklanması zorunlu olan işlem/fatura kayıtları, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca anonimleştirilmiş olarak saklanabilir.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open MottoRoad and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. Tap “Delete My Account” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Type DELETE as the confirmation word and press the delete button.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@mottoroad.com from your registered address. Requests are completed within 30 days.

Deleted data: profile details, garage entries and photos, rides, saved and shared routes, ride history and location records, messages, club memberships, announcements, comments, friendships, badges and statistics. An active Google Play subscription must be cancelled separately in Play Store > Subscriptions.

Löschung in der App (empfohlen)

  1. Öffne MottoRoad und melde dich an.
  2. Gehe im unteren Menü zum Tab Profil.
  3. Tippe unten auf der Seite auf „Mein Konto löschen“.
  4. Gib als Bestätigungswort LÖSCHEN ein und drücke die Schaltfläche.

Dein Konto und alle Daten werden sofort und dauerhaft gelöscht. Ohne App-Zugang schreibe an hello@mottoroad.com (Bearbeitung innerhalb von 30 Tagen). Ein aktives Google-Play-Abo muss separat unter Play Store > Abos gekündigt werden.

  3. Pulsa «Eliminar mi cuenta» al final de la página.
  4. Escribe ELIMINAR como palabra de confirmación y pulsa el botón.

Tu cuenta y todos tus datos se eliminan de forma inmediata y permanente. Si no puedes acceder a la app, escribe a hello@mottoroad.com (resolución en 30 días). Una suscripción activa de Google Play debe cancelarse aparte en Play Store > Suscripciones.
